HISTORY AND VISION

Elite Performance Academy: Engaging the World through Transformative Digital Education

INTRODUCTION

As founders of Elite Foundation, we are known throughout the world for excellence in teaching, empowering and dedication to truth, study and service. Elite Foundation tradition imbues and animates Elite Performance Academy. Elite Performance Academy was developed and driven by a profound compassion for all human suffering, an unfailing quest for truth and a deep zest for human learning. Our charism provides an environment that nurtures our students, supporting them and facilitating the achievement of their educational and professional development goals. Our caring colleagues create the transformational moments that help students actualize their potential, encouraging them to become what they dare to be. In this community-oriented atmosphere, we also provide the nourishment that allows us to transform ourselves and our institution, giving us the strength to identify our personal and institutional challenges and to address them.

Elite Performance Academy was founded to enroll a diverse and multicultural student body accessing online education from over 50 countries all over the world. Elite Performance Academy is governed by an independent, self-perpetuating Board of Trustees and is sponsored by Elite Foundation - Igniting Souls to Action.

In the process of strategic planning for The Elite Performance Academy we have learned that we are now the demographic microcosm of what the rest of our country will become in the next decades. Therefore, we must become an exemplar for other American-based online education providers. We have also learned that our virtual location, gives us special insights about the future and of our responsibilities to our students. We are perfectly placed to interpret for ourselves and others the intersections between all the cultures.

We have always been the model of a spiritual, personal, responsive and transformational learning community, distinguished by academic excellence and caring service. Now, we find ourselves at the crossroads of this fast evolving global marketplace, in an increasingly complex and still emerging environment. We shall share our distinctive mission and values. We shall become an academy community distinguished by Engaging the World through Transformative Education.

This initiative leads to the crafting of a new vision every five years to become an academy community distinguished by Engaging the World through Transformative Education.
