Mr. Dennis Lauchner is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CSS, Inc. www.css-inc.com. For nearly 30 years, CSS has built a reputation as a recognized leader in public health; environmental safety; physical and life sciences; scientific research and development; and transportation safety technology.
As CEO of CSS, Inc., Mr. Lauchner is responsible for establishing and monitoring long- and short-term business objectives, guiding the strategic planning process, and approving major new initiatives. His executive management education and experience spans more than 40 years, and has included strategic acquisitions, a broad range of operations and personnel management, communications and public relations at the highest level. In 2005, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established, and today the CSS enterprise is 100% employee owned. In 2010, he led the acquisition team to purchase Dynamac International.
Dennis’ philanthropic activities are far-reaching, but primarily focused on children, empowering women, and eradication of sex trafficking. His business partner for 30 years is a woman who worked tirelessly alongside him to build a successful business, along the way conquering gender obstacles, social prejudices, and even defeating ovarian cancer. As an active member of the Leadership Circle for Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, he helps to fund and choose where pooled money is spent on multiple grant applications to aid in curing diseases affecting children of all ages.
As a member of Elite Foundation Board of Directors, Mr. Lauchner will be directing and managing the development of fund raising strategies, which will assist in providing Elite with the resources for a much needed compendium of services for the victims of such unspeakable crimes worldwide. Our Foundation goal is to raise $100 million by 2022.
